The Washington Historical Society and the Museum is located in the old Presbyterian Church building in the heart of historic Washington Missouri. The museum houses exhibits of artifacts from the J.B. Busch Brewery and the Joseph Bayer Pottery, memorabilia from the Missouri Meerschaum Corn Cob Pipe company, the Franz Schwarzer Zither Exhibit and a large collection of 19th and 20th century photographs. The Museum also houses the Franklin County Historical Records and the Four Rivers Genealogical Society Library and Archives.
Hours of the museum are March through December 23rd:
